We're thrilled to announce an exclusive plant-forward 4-course dinner event that elevates vegetarian dining to a whole new level. Our star chef, Mary, will craft an array of dishes that harmonize innovation, flavor, and fermentation. Using locally sourced ingredients, Mary's menu promises a unique vegetarian gastronomic journey with options for vegans and gluten-free diners alike.

A Feast for the Senses

Mary Cappelletti of Intentional Foods (Denver, Colorado), will craft each dish to enhance the plant-forward menu. The intimate meal will be enjoyed family-style in the gallery and outdoor garden: spaces adorned with wonderful art, much of which will be showing for the first time this evening.

While Capizzo is primarily an art studio and gallery, we host a limited number of truly unique experiences which is precisely what the Gallery of Tastes at the gallery will be. Intended to broaden your experience of vegetarian, ferment forward dining, it's more than a dinner; it's an evening celebrating innovative cuisine, art, and community.

Join us on August 16th from 6-9 pm for a memorable evening of art, food, and community. The cost for this incredible 4-course dinner, refreshments, and art experience is $100.
