Jamie Wineman
Jamie Wineman is a Detroit-born musician, songwriter, and visual artist whose career reflects both creative success and profound personal transformation. Raised in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, he began his career under the name “Jimmy Con,” producing and performing with the electro-funk band Ghosthouse, whose music appeared in shows like Jersey Shore and the film Magic Mike. After years immersed in the touring and nightlife scene, Wineman reached a turning point in 2022, entering recovery to confront substance use and deeper emotional struggles. Sobriety led him to rediscover purpose through painting, creating over 200 works under the pseudonym “WolfGangGang,” inspired by his son Wolfgang. His art—featured in exhibitions such as the Neuroplasticity Collection—explores themes of healing, identity, and Jewish heritage, blending his creative energy with introspection and community awareness. Today, Wineman continues to balance fatherhood, recovery, and artistic expression, embodying a story of resilience, reinvention, and spiritual renewal.
