Jennifer is a mixed media artist and creates work that is bold, colorful and mostly abstract. She works intuitively and starts her work with no concrete plan in place. Many of her art pieces start with collage and layer upon layer of acrylic paint and oil pastel to create a rich history that she then responds to as she continues the painting process. 

Her art is a reflection of her feelings, thoughts and everyday experiences. She finds inspiration in nature and through her explorations of cities and towns when she travels. She currently splits her time between Chicago, Southwest Michigan and the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia.
